Request a Booking

STEP 1

If your company is interested in booking Maurita André for:

• an interview,
• concert,
• stage show,
• film production,
• photoshoot,
• speaking engagement,
• voice-over session,
• and/or a private event,

then please fill out the First Form below to submit your initial request.
 

STEP 2

Once your initial request has been reviewed by Maurita André's management and they wish to proceed, you will be contacted and issued a Second Form to complete, which will provide us with the remaining details that we need for your specified booking.
 

STEP 3

Once the Second Form has been completed, a written Technical Rider, Stage Plan, as well as a Hospitality Rider, will be then issued.  Both contracts will need to be signed by the appropriate person responsible and the first payment will need to be received in order to receive a formal letter of confirmation. 
 

 IMPORTANT

Please note that your booking WILL NOT be confirmed until this has occurred.
