Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

We will convert all payments to British Sterling Pounds (GBP).  The estimated Euro and US dollar conversion rates will vary daily based on the stock market.  We will accept online debit and credit card payments, direct transfers, and international bank wire payments.

 

SPONSOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Once a commitment has been made, patrons and sponsors must provide us with all required materials before the deadline.

 

SPONSOR AGREEMENTS

Once your preferred sponsorship package has been selected, we will email you a Sponsor's Agreement to be signed and returned to us within the timeframe required.

 

SPONSORSHIP CANCELATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be written and sent within the first 30-days of your Sponsorship Agreement.
